Matthew Tadisch is co-owner of Wisconsin Redevelopment and the owner of Selzer-Ornst Construction Company with over 20 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development. Matt is well known in the real estate community for his diverse project experience, creative problem solving, thoughtful approach to construction solutions, and completing complex projects with budget, schedule, and logistical constraints. Matt is actively involved in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) and Revitalize Milwaukee. Matt teaches courses at Marquette University, Concordia University, and MSOE, recently celebrating 10 years of teaching at MSOE. Matt serves on the leadership team and faculty for the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), a program to get minorities involved in Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management careers.

Todd Hutchison is licensed as an Architect and Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin with over 30 years of construction and real estate development experience. Todd has a very diverse professional and educational background, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to the real estate development process.
